    I have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology<\/em> from Universidad Pontificia Comillas<\/strong>. After graduating, I started working in the Human Resources departments of IBM<\/strong> (in Madrid and Budapest) and later at Amadeus<\/strong>, where I enjoyed supporting and helping employees to learn and grow their professional lives. It is here that I certified as a Professional Coach<\/em> and combined my work in HR with individual coaching sessions.<\/p>

    In 2013 I had the wonderful opportunity to move to Boston with my family, which was a very enriching experience on both a personal and professional level. In Boston I embraced the opportunity to continue my training in HR and earned a Professional Studies Human Resources Certificate <\/i>from Boston College<\/strong>. After a period of training and working as a coach, I joined the talent management team of the Development and Alumni Relations<\/em> division at Boston University.<\/strong><\/p>

    During my more than 5 years of work at Boston University<\/strong>, I led and collaborated on various projects related to career and talent management, training & development, recognition, strengths coaching, employee engagement, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, collaborative leadership, and organizational effectiveness.<\/p>
