I have had the pleasure of having Patricia as my mentor this year. She has greatly helped me define my goals, plan my objectives, and understand my strengths through the Clifton Strengths Report. Her enthusiasm and passion for coaching, as well as her commitment to the growth of those she helps, are evident. It has been a great fortune to share my concerns and professional dreams with her.

I know Patricia from a few years back. She collaborates with us at Advantere School of Management as an expert in Gallup Strengths and Leadership. I’ve had the opportunity to see her “in action” with various groups within our ecosystem (students, school staff, external collaborators). She always achieves a high level of impact with her interventions.

One of Patricia’s greatest talents is empathy, which is consistently evident. She is able to see the world through others’ eyes and share their perspective. This natural ability to understand others is incredibly powerful. She can anticipate people’s needs, find the right words and tone for every individual, and make them feel heard and understood.

Patricia is naturally accepting and strongly believes in the equal value of every person. She constantly works to include others, making them feel part of the group.

She excels in dynamic, unpredictable situations due to her flexibility and skill in managing complex scenarios involving multiple factors.

It is truly a pleasure to work with her, thanks to her enthusiasm and the positivity she spreads without losing touch with reality. She finds ways to make everything more exciting and vibrant, and she celebrates every achievement.

A few months ago we were lucky enough to enjoy a workshop to learn more about our individual and team strengths. Guided wonderfully well by Patricia with the Gallup method, we saw that the most effective people are those who know their strengths and behaviors. It is the best formula to overcome the demands of our daily lives, careers, and family and personal life.

It was an interactive and very fun session with individual and group exercises that gave us tools on how to collaborate and work more effectively as a team. Patricia recommended that we not just stay in an interesting one-day workshop and that we continue the conversation. A month later I sat down with each member of the team to have conversations about their 5 strengths, dedicate time to each one and understand the value they bring to the team.

I loved learning that our strengths are related to engagement and productivity. It is also a good opportunity to reflect on our daily work and the ability we all have to use our strengths and achieve a greater impact.

This workshop given by Patricia was a fundamental starting point that allowed the whole team to understand, value and make the most of our strengths in all aspects of our lives. I fully recommend this experience!
