About MAG+S

Magis is a Latin word that means "more" or "better."

Its meaning transcends it’s literal translation and acquires a deeper connotation.

The Jesuits use magis to refer to a constant search to do “more” or “better” in everything that is done. It is not just about quantity, but about quality and depth.

For me Magis implies:

Mag+s is an ideal that inspires people to grow. To be better.

About me

I consider myself a positive, curious and committed person. I have always liked being with people and enjoy working in diverse and multicultural environments.

I have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universidad Pontificia Comillas. After graduating, I started working in the Human Resources departments of IBM (in Madrid and Budapest) and later at Amadeus, where I enjoyed supporting and helping employees to learn and grow their professional lives. It is here that I certified as a Professional Coach and combined my work in HR with individual coaching sessions.

In 2013 I had the wonderful opportunity to move to Boston with my family, which was a very enriching experience on both a personal and professional level. In Boston I embraced the opportunity to continue my training in HR and earned a Professional Studies Human Resources Certificate from Boston College. After a period of training and working as a coach, I joined the talent management team of the Development and Alumni Relations division at Boston University.

During my more than 5 years of work at Boston University, I led and collaborated on various projects related to career and talent management, training & development, recognition, strengths coaching, employee engagement, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, collaborative leadership, and organizational effectiveness.

Since 2023, I have lived in Madrid and have worked as a Talent Management consultant and Strengths Coach, actively collaborating with Boston University and various educational and corporate institutions.
